Lord where do I start... let's just close this one down because nobody wants to work there, it's dirty, and the wait times ate ridiculous. And once you're in the drive thru line they'd no way out. Poor design. After some people waiting 45 minutes and then failing to get anyone to come in and help out thru closed and locked the doors to the dining time just to be able to keep up on the drive thru. I see 2 people working. Close it and bring in a Chipotle or Qudoba. Our food was terrible, the girl didn't know a thing about using the app..it was a joke. And it cost $80 nope no thank you I'll cool it at home.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell i have ever visited in my 46 years of life. I have been in the drive thru going on 40 minutes and still haven't made it to the window to get my food!!!!! UNSAT!!!!!!!!

Good luck getting any service. The workers are over worked and underpaid. I heard a worker complaining because they were working 80hours a week and not getting paid properly. You wonder why you can't keep anyone and why you're always busy because moral is low and nobody wants to work hard when they don't get shit for it. Lousy company. Both taco bell locations in Bardstown need new management or something. Nobody wants to work. It's 11 at night on a Tuesday and there's three cars in the drive thru and lobby's closed and it still takes 20 min to get food.
Pathetic. Do better.

Never got my food. Sat and waited for 30ish minutes to be served. The whole time workers would pass by and make eye contact before going to serve only the window. Ended up leaving and getting food from a competitor in town.

Everything the food was good but the price was different for online than in store drive thru it said 7 buck online but when we ordered it it came to 10.70 and there was no explanation from a worker on why the price was different but other than that the food was good and the drink could have been a little better

We just ate inside this Taco Bell and had a very nice experience. The employees were friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and hot. I ordered the steet taco box and they were excellent!!
Food was slacking on meat but all was made right an Im a happy customer
