The Volstead Bourbon Lounge

This is our go to bar/lounge whenever we visit the area. They know their stuff, have a great selection, and have a great bar. I cannot recommend them enough, if you are in the area, visit them. You won't be disappointed.

This is an awesome bar. The selection is insane and the staff are very knowledgeable. I'm not a fan of huge, crowded, loud bars and this was the exact opposite. You could actually have a drink and a conversation without yelling in here. The Bourbon selection is out of this world.

One of the coolest bars around. The owners are fantastic, love talking with their patrons, and crazy knowledgeable about the whiskey industry. Been here multiple times and will keep coming back.

This is an awesome place!! Every bourbon you can imagine. The selection was overwhelming. I asked the bartender to surprise me with something smooth and flavorful that you can’t get normally. They poured me a dram of Wild Turkey 12 year. I learned this is only sold in Japan. I’d never had it and so glad I got to try it. My wife had the espresso martini. She said it was delicious. I’ll take her word for it since I don’t like coffee. 😁

The couple behind the bar pairs beautifully with the juice! Their knowledge and insight really is fantastic and some of the best times on the bourbon trail come from here!!

An absolute must for any bourbon enthusiast. I have never seen such a collection of bourbons!!

The owners are awesome and are willing to reccomend whiskey choices from their VAST selection. It's not often you can get this kind of attention and service from a bar with this many fantastic bottles. I highly reccomend this place if you are in Bardstown!

A must stop if you're looking to explore bourbon, you'll even learn a thing or two if you ask some questions. The atmosphere is casual, yet powerful (their collection is insane), prices are attainable, and the pours are healthy. If you appreciate bourbon in anyway, this spot will not disappoint.

The place is a dream... Very knowledgeable owner. This testing from over 400 bottles, it's better then several tours in distillery. The atmosphere is fenomenal. If you are not a fun of bourbon, you will get an amazing cocktails there as well. We love this bar! It's a special place.
