My group of friends and I were in Bardstown for a bachelor trip and decided to stop into Volstead for a drink while in downtown. This place was incredible! Bodie was super knowledgeable and crafted some delicious cocktails for our group! The atmosphere was fantastic and it was a great spot to hang out for the afternoon! Couldn't recommend the Volstead Bourbon Lounge enough!

What a Gem!!!
If there is a bottle of Bourbon they don't have I'd be astonished. The staff was fabulous and help put the right drink in the hands of my wife the non bourbon drinker. If you ever find yourself in Bardstown KY. do yourself a solid and stop in.

What an amazing place! The pictures on here do not do the place justice! You walk in and are taken back in time to a prohibition era with an enormous collection of every type of bourbon you could want to try. No need to go pay for tours and tastings. They probably have whatever you want to try here! Living Room Area, Bar Seating, High Tops, you choose. The cocktails are AHHHMazzzing! Bacon Bourbon fashioned, Chocolate Cherry Old Fashioned, Raspberry Chocolate Chip Old Fashioned to name a few. We tried all 3 of these and they were life changing! Price point is excellent too! We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely make a trip back to Bardstown to visit! Thank You!

This is our go to bar/lounge whenever we visit the area. They know their stuff, have a great selection, and have a great bar. I cannot recommend them enough, if you are in the area, visit them. You won't be disappointed.

If you come through Bardstown and don’t go to Volstead, you’re missing out. Incredible speakeasy atmosphere with an unreal selection. Owner is super knowledgeable and fun. All around our group agreed it was the highlight of our trip.

The Volstead is a gem! Not only did we see the most bourbons in one place ever, but the owners are so kind, knowledgeable and fun to be around! The “game changer” cocktail was so fun that I went back for another the next night. My bourbon enthusiast husband was in heaven. We wish them all the best in their endeavors!
