Rashonda waited on me and gave the best customer service I've had in a long time. She acknowledged me while serving another customer , was friendly, gave me a genuine smile and great service. Another young woman gave me my order and made sure that I had everything I needed with great customer service. The food was good and the coffee was fresh.
I drove 20 minutes to get some chili and they was out.then I they couldn't give me a refund so they gave me 4.00 worth of fries and we already had fries. We waited for about 25 minutes before they gave us our food and said they were out of chili instead of telling me that they was out when I started to order.

Not sure what is worse this place or the Arby's down the road. Every time I come here it doesn't matter if there is only 1 car in the drive thru it takes forever for them to take your order and forever to make your food. Not sure how people are so incompetent that it takes 20 minutes to take a simple order and put pre made food in a bag. Everyone should be fired and the store closed down

Staff needs more training. Paper on the floor everywhere. Needs a deep cleaning and painting inside. Tookl 20 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches.

I ordered a chicken wrap, pulled into an empty parking lot opened the wrapper and found a very long strand of hair in it.. didn't end up eating it yuck!!

So me and my boyfriend just went to Wendy’s and ordered 2 son of baconators. We were missing one so we went inside to ask for it. We watched the manager of the shift make our burger with no gloves. Mind you they haven’t even apologized for our food being missing. Then when we told an employee, she wasn’t using gloves he didn’t apologize. The manager didn’t come out to us and apologize. She just put gloves on and then 10 minutes goes by and I asked the employee if our food was ready and the manager goes, Oh, it’s been ready and there was still no apologies. We called Wendy’s to ask for corporate’s number and she goes, Oh no I’ll apologize now.

Dakotah was very friendly and kind. So good to see a young man who obviously loves his job. Our order was made correctly and he even brought our food to us. He also thanked us for coming in and wished us a good day. This is the kind of experience we all want to get. Keep up the good work!

They need to clean up the appearance of this place... looks rough, especially outside. Food was pretty good. Workers were great.
