Manager lady was very rude, had a headache while eating sat my head down while on my phone, she had the nerve to smack my table and tell me to wake up when I'm texting my friend. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

My husband and I walked almost a mile to have breakfast here we arrive at 7:30 and was not at the door by one of the employees stating that they were not going to open the dining room until 9:00 a.m.

I ordered a small frosty and a plain double cheese burger. Thats it. I was handed my frosty at the window and was asked to pull up and wait for my burger. It took over ten minutes to get my burger. Just a double cheeseburger. And they weren't even busy. I dont know what is going on with this store but this is unacceptable.

Best customer service I've had at a fast food restaurant in years. Rashonda genuinely smiled, acknowledged me while finishing up with another customer and gave great service.

Rashonda waited on me and gave the best customer service I've had in a long time. She acknowledged me while serving another customer , was friendly, gave me a genuine smile and great service. Another young woman gave me my order and made sure that I had everything I needed with great customer service. The food was good and the coffee was fresh.

We drove up, saw 2 people inside, went to drive through, and the sign says they closed at 9:30 due to not having enough staff. We waited at drive through, and the person inside said that they are closed due to being short staffed.

Everytime I come here there’s someone with an attitude, rolling their eyes or talking out the side of their neck. Over the past couple years I’d take a break from going there for a while- just to come back to the same stuff, not even gonna try anymore. Y’all have lost my service!
