They can never get my drink right and they’d be better putting the peppers under the cheese on top instead of at the bottom of the bread on the new Phillies because everything is soggy by the time you get it, but the food is good if they could just keep track of your order

i don’t usually complain about fast food service because i know it’s not an awesome job that people get excited about but damn, the lady at the drive thru quite literally slammed the window in my face as we was saying thank you have a nice day… we literally only ordered drinks and they were warm with no ice 💀 nottttt the right evening to come apparently

The employee at the window was barely awake and acted as though it was an inconvenience to wait on us. The employee at the window was rude. The order was incorrect when I went back in to get a correct sandwich they made a new sandwich when I asked for some ketchup the employee at the window rolled her eyes.
Back in the car ready to pull away and they had not put a fork in the bag. A second trip back inside to ask for a fork. Can’t eat Cole slaw without a fork. They really need to get it together in this location.

Be more like the Shelbyville KY Zaxbys!

Unfortunately at this location we consistently experience the following:

- most tables are dirty
- dining room is dirty in general
- you’ll gag using the coke machine (dried up coke all over it)
- they can’t handle a complex order (sauces usually are not right)
- employees are not friendly
- behind the counter/ in the kitchen looks filthy

(There was one younger gentlemen who took our order and he was really nice but he was also new. Hopefully the others don’t scare him off. They all turned away and ignored me when I walked up to the counter until he came up and took our order)

We LOVE our Shelbyville zaxbys. It’s a world of a difference. The managers here should visit that location and take some notes (:

Food was just fine. I ordered sauce, which I don’t care if sauce costs extra, as long as I revive it. I paid for two sauce and didn’t receive any of it. I ordered caramel sauce with my fried cheesecakes bites, and I received strawberry. I’ve had MANY bad run ins with management. Very immature GM, not a good look for the company name.

Way overpriced! Little portions for the price. Won't be eating there anymore!

They had just opened when we went but the food was not good. Worst I'd ever had from these guys. Fries weren't cooked or seasoned and the Chicken had no sauce. Very disappointing.

Every single time I have come into this restaurant over the past few months, the workers have been absolutely amazing. They all are willing to help wether the come up to the front for something. They never stop trying to make us customers feel welcome. I do have to brag on Caroline! She always has a smile on her face, she makes it seem like a fun place to work, they all work so hard and laugh,smile while making us customers feel great too. I’m in healthcare and I would step out just to come work here in order to have all the fun they have! Keep it up BARDSTOWN zaxbys y’all ROCK!

Don’t waste your money. Way too salty and each finger has grizzle tips,the toast tastes like it was made yesterday and the Cole slaw was browned on ends and dry. Almost non-edible we threw 20$ in the trash with this meal. Staff was friendly and fast. We bought take-out.
