Our family stopped here for lunch as we were leaving Moutardier Campground and we were so happy we did! Our server was so nice and very accommodating. Two of us had the patty melt and both said it was so good. Two of us had the Bourbon Trail chicken which were extremely tasty. One had the shrimp po'boy which was fresh and of good quality. The other one had a cheeseburger that was cooked to his liking but still very juicy. Our food came out quickly and everything was so good. We will definitely stop again!

Great place and friendly staff! Another awesome find outside a city. Clean and the meal was definitely worth the drive and priced right. We drove 28 minutes from Smith's Grove. Quicker and easier than anything in Bowling Green that we often do. Glad we stuck with the country folks! We're actually staying with friends as we're from Mississippi.

Everything our group ordered was outstanding! One had the fried catfish - excellent . Another had the shrimp fettuccine- excellent. I had the patty melt with black beans & rice, it was best I have ever had, so delicious!
The atmosphere there was cozy with country lake decor.

Our family came here for lunch on our vacation. We were greeted quickly upon entry and received prompt service. The staff was present and friendly. The food was exceptional. We ordered the Rueben and patty melts with fries and tater tots. The Rueben’s were the best we have ever had and the patty melts were also really good. The fries and tots were seasoned well and crispy. 10/10 would return.

This place has the best Ruben sandwich I have ever had in my entire life! On top of that I got to try their special fried banana peppers, which are to die for! The waitresses were extremely helpful and knew the menu really well! As a traveler this is a MUST go to restaurant!

Great little diner. The service is great (they are very attentive) and most importantly, the food is excellent. I've been there 10+ times so far and have never been disappointed.

Absolutely loved the place and absolutely love the people! The owner’s are amazing and I am glad they run a good business.
Drinks? Came within 5 minutes of ordering and were cold if ordered so!
Food? Waited about ~20 minutes for three people, but we allow workers to take their time. Food came out warm / hot, exactly as ordered. I heavily recommend the sweet potato fries with marshmallow fluff, it is amazing! The onion rings are crispy as well; the burgers? Just as filling, even if you get the smaller version listed on the menu.
Atmosphere? Rustic, southern, fits the small town vibe, and you feel welcomed once you enter. I promise you, as long as you show respect, they show it back twice as much. Entire place was clean, even the bathroom!
Order for three people with a main dish, two premium sides and one standard side, and three drinks came around to be ~$39, which is good for a small business and even better for my wallet. 😂
Check this place out, you won’t regret it at all!

My Husband and I went at 6p. We got the cheese curds as an appetizers, they're was great along with the homemade dipping sauce. I ordered the grilled chicken breast, baked potatoe and Texas toast. The chicken had the perfect amount of char and was still juicy, the potatoe was huge and well cooked. My husband got the fried beer battered cod, fries and hush puppies and coleslaw. The coleslaw is wonderful and homemade. I was a little sticker shocked on the hush puppies. But we got 2, and they're amazing. The owner was super nice an let us know that they was his military friends recipe! They're absolutely amazing,Their drinks are huge as well. I was very pleased at the service, attentive, food and atmosphere. Definitely would recommend everyone to go check them out. Wonderful place in Bee Spring.

My wife and I stopped here on our way back from mammoth cave. A man I presume to be the owner greeted us and was very friendly and inviting. The food was super good and the service was on par with the food. Defiantly recommend checking this place out if your in the area. The bourbon trail is good.

PJ’s roadhouse was the perfect stop for us on the way back to our campground from Mammoth Cave! The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The woman who seemed to be cooking our food even came out to check and ensure everything was good, making for a delightful experience. The vibe in the restaurant is nice too!

Honestly was blown away with how amazing the food was. The ruben sandwich was probably the best I have ever had. Everyone at the table ate every bite and loved it. Our waiter was amazing. Overall I could not find anything about it I did not like. Also the sweets shop attached was amazing also!
