I'm a breakfast lover and PJ's serves it up better than anywhere I've eaten. Great service, great food at a fair price in today's economy. Service is quick and friendly, no long wait for food.
We were visiting Mammoth Cave and decided to get breakfast at PJ's. The food and service were out of this world. We were so impressed we returned the next day. Our server remembered us from the day before and even commented on how my wife ordered the same thing. as the day before. Excellent home cooking. Highly recommended.
Dined there 4 times and the food, service and atmosphere are all fantastic. Our go to when in Brownsville.

PJ's Café is a hidden gem serving delicious breakfast and lunch dishes in a clean environment, located right outside of Mammoth Cave National Park. Their breakfast bowl with sausage gravy, Brownsville, and grilled chicken spring salad are standout menu items. The hash brown casserole is also praised as the best ever had in a restaurant. Homemade fudge, including salted caramel, is a must-try. The staff are very friendly, providing top-notch service and making a great atmosphere for families with kids. The portions are great and the food is delicious, with reasonable prices. The pancakes are perfectly fluffy and the hash browns and bacon are perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The lady that runs the place is very sweet and friendly, making PJ's a must-visit spot for anyone in the area.
