Just a good old feel good comfort food diner. It seemed that everybody knew everybody and everybody called you friend. My husband's burger and fries were yummy. The ketchup tasted homemade, that's still up for discussion, but the ranch they served was homemade. I really enjoyed the deep fried mushrooms and okra. They were both cooked and flavored very well. The owner here is a very sweet lady who is genuinely kind, helpful, goes out of her way to give good service, accommodate, and check on you. Dinner came with enough to fill us up. Nice small town restaurant. Menu is fairly small/selective, but adequate, and the service and people are really great.Kid-friendliness: There are chicken nuggets or corn dog with fries and drink for kids. Really good prices for a restaurant/diner.

Or Sunday afternoon adventure to see the Big Twigs brought us here for lunch. It was a very nice place, clean and quaint. The staff was amazingly nice and very welcoming. Our orders were correct and delivered promptly. We are not from the area but highly recommend this for someone just passing through or that lives in the area. Large variety menu.
