I love that this place was off the beaten path. The seating was very intimate. And the food.......my goodness the food. My boyfriend and I ordered a Caesar salad with the 10' Bellevue pizza. The char of the pizza from the brick oven, chefs kiss!!! We also ordered dessert which was equally as good! We will definitely be dining here again. The wait staff was awesome. The manager was wonderful. She walked around and spoke with everyone. This place is charming with an intimate atmosphere.

I wanted to love this place, but we must have ended up there on a really difficult night. Our meal was delayed for 75 minutes ("the kitchen is overwhelmed") and IF that was true, why did everyone around us get their meals after arriving after us? The gluten free pizza crust was fine, but if you're going to charge 2.50 and 3.50 for toppings, I expect more than 1 tablespoon of goat cheese and 7 spinach leaves. They did comp us 30% off, but I'm not convinced that compensated us for a very late, lousy meal. Their advertising far exceeded their delivery on that night.

But the prices had risen a lot compared with their menu on Open Table, so we were caught by surprise. $10 seemed normal for a glass of wine, but it was a very small pour. I liked the Mediterranean pizza; great crust but could've used a little more cheese. Delicious Caesar salad dressing. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Cute restaurant clean and tidy. The waiter/manager on duty was very attentive. He kept drinks filled and cleared table throughout meal. The pizza was very good, plenty of toppings and very tasty crust. The toppings were fresh. This appears wood fired pizza. The caprese salad was NOT prepared in the standard way. The salad is prepared with sun dried tomatoes in balsamic vinegar (a bit strong without oil). The mozzarella was spirals with herbs maybe oil. It was on bed of lettuce. It was NOT good. The large apple strudel (serves 4) was WONDERFUL and aroma was lovely, but not worth $14.00. My suggestion is they cut the strudel in half which could still feed 2 people and charge $7.00.

Meatball calzone had very few meatballs. They did bring out more when requested. Italian calzone was ok but not as good as Larosas. Nothing came with the calzone. Our server was great but the other server looked very unhappy. Overpriced in my opinion.
Love the food. The service was amazing. The only downside was the room temperature but in this heat wave it was understandable. Older buildings are difficult to heat and cool.

The only downside has been consistently poor service, slow, inattentive, forgotten items, incorrect orders, etc. has been the norm all three times. We still come back because we like the pizza but the service issues are getting old and frustrating.
