every employee here deserves $30.00 an hour. they are so inundated with online orders, drive thru, delivery service orders, in person, etc. and they are all still so kind and welcoming. imagine coming on here and leaving a bad review because of something small or petty. go outside!

Friendly staff. Wish inside service had the same attention as drive-thru and online orders.

A lot of employees here just standing around doing nothing. A lot of the time.Cups are never filled, if I’m paying $8.95 for a coffee I would love for it to be more than half full.Takes about 15-25 minutes for a coffee even if ordered ahead online. There used to be a manager here I loved who was always positive and kept the pace moving but I haven’t seen him in a while and the store is definitely struggling without him.

I walked in and waited in line for about 3.5 minutes, and then when it was my turn to order I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. And then the barista called me a nincompoop and told to jump off of a bridge. Then proceeded to chuck a boiling hot coco with marshmallows at my face. Then she tackled me to the ground and poured hazelnut coffee syrup in my eyes. I causally picked her up and threw her into a elderly customer. Her name was Janice. I then Walked to the back and made myself a vanilla iced coffee. The decorations and music were great. It was a very calming atmosphere.

As we approached the order window, my usually spirited dog, clearly skeptical of the little drive-thru speaker, retreated to the back seat. However, little did we anticipate that Jake was about to transform this canine uncertainty into a delightful saga of puppuccino conquest. As we waited for our the rest of our order, Jake surprised us by showcasing a new dance move, reminiscent of a Fortnite victory dance. I plan to bring my little cousin who loves Fortnite on my next visit!

came through the other day with my mom and sister, both are esl. the guy running the front taking orders, his name was jake, was so sweet with them! they had to take some extra time do to the language barrier, but jake was so accommodating. after he finished taking their orders, my mom gave him her number and taught him how to say starbucks in portuguese, and he was so excited that he did the fortnite victory royale dance and taught my mom and sister the griddy.

Got a grande coffee. Opened it up and this is how much coffee was in it. It was mobile ordered so cream and sugar were already added. It’s not like they tried to ‘leave room’. I guess I should have only paid for a tall.
