I walked in and waited in line for about 3.5 minutes, and then when it was my turn to order I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. And then the barista called me a nincompoop and told to jump off of a bridge. Then proceeded to chuck a boiling hot coco with marshmallows at my face. As we approached the order window, my usually spirited dog, clearly skeptical of the little drive-thru speaker, retreated to the back seat. However, little did we anticipate that Jake was about to transform this canine uncertainty into a delightful saga of puppuccino conquest. As we waited for our the rest of our order, Jake surprised us by showcasing a new dance move, reminiscent of a Fortnite victory dance. I plan to bring my little cousin who loves Fortnite on my next visit!

A lot of employees here just standing around doing nothing. A lot of the time.Cups are never filled, if I’m paying $8.95 for a coffee I would love for it to be more than half full.Takes about 15-25 minutes for a coffee even if ordered ahead online.There used to be a manager here I loved who was always positive and kept the pace moving but I haven’t seen him in a while and the store is definitely struggling without him.
