Let me start by saying the food is absolutely amazing and prior to this experience, the service and staff was just as good. We always dine in but this occasion we decided to get a family pack and eat at home. I looked up their menu online and their family packs were more cost efficient than other competitors so we decided to to go there. When I pulled up to the menu the prices where a lot different. When I asked why the menu on their business web page was different a lady came across speaker and very rudely stated the menu prices were updated in store 2 years ago and that's the price they honor, not their menu online. The cost difference didn't bother me because their food is great but the rudeness of the lady is what didn't set right with me. Let me stare that the voice that took our order was not the same lady that made that comment. We will definitely continue to eat Bad Bobs but it will not be this location which is normally our fav.

Great bbq, great loaded potatoe soup, brisket and employees! We go as much as possible and have never had a bad meal and always enjoy the fun staff! The all-you-can-eat bbq is delicious and outstanding. A goto staple for Bad Bob's.
Go here every week. Love the yard bird and the spicy bbq sauce. Everyone is always nice. I like how you can call ahead and just pick it up in the drive thru so you don’t have to wait.

We love Bad bobs! The food is always delicious, the staff are wonderful, and the atmosphere is very homie! The sauce is chefs kiss, and that banana pudding is a 10/10!
My husband and I stopped here on our anniversary trip. It’s a very quaint, comfy welcoming atmosphere. We both really enjoyed our food. The barbecue was tender, fresh, and delicious. I loved my okra. My husband enjoyed the potato salad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this place.

Family and I stopped there for the first time after a long drive from Wisconsin. Staff was excellent and a younger man there (didn't get his name) seemed like he was the boss or management as he seemed to be very involved with both staff and the customers. He had an excellent attitude and beyond friendly. All of our meals including dessert was fabulous. The brisket, fried okra, corn bred muffins... all of it very very good. Highly recommended!!!!!!
