I’ve never had a bad meal here, always lots of choices on the daily menu board, plus a full BBQ menu and breakfast all day!

My wife called and ordered a small family pack and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. I left our house and arrived about 10 minutes later. I was told it wasn’t ready when I arrived so I sat on the bench. After a few minutes, I saw a lady come in, and she sat at the bar. She placed a large order to go. Deaton's Four Little Pigs BBQ is a must stop in Benton. The menu is extensive with daily specials, offering something for everyone. The authentic, delicious smoked barbeque and pig tail fries are popular, with a wide variety of sides always on the menu. Breakfast is available all day, along with specials like fresh bluegill or delicious chicken and dressing. The sweet tea is delicious. Service is always fast and friendly. There is usually plenty of seating, but Deaton's gets pretty busy at lunchtime. Meals include the country ham, eggs, hash browns and delicious biscuits, or the chicken and dressing with sides of hash brown casserole and lightning and thunder (fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, onions) with Texas toast. A hot brown did not disappoint. The catfish was awesome. Chicken livers with sides of cabbage and sweet potato casserole, and brisket with greens and lima beans are flavorful and perfectly done. The restaurant has been open for 45 years, providing Southern home-like cooking with friendly waitresses. The brisket is very tender. The coconut pie looked amazing.
