“Great food, good service, the only thing I could fault (the age of the building) has more to do with the fact the restaurant has outgrown its current building. The BBQ sandwich was outstanding with the vinegar coleslaw. The staff was friendly and always talking with you (regardless if they knew you). I was treat as though I ate there daily even though it was my first time.“
“Brisket is pre-chopped so asking for lean isn't really an option. Meat is moist with no sign of a smoke ring or bark. Two kinds of sauce - Hot & Mild. Potato Salad is ok. My pref is little mustard and some celery for little crunch. Staff is Great!Food is acceptable but unfortunately not memorable.“
“I love this place very quick and friendly service. Good atmosphere the amount of sides is amazing and although I have not tried them all yet I though most of the menu and have not been disappointed at all. My favorites are the greens and white beans. Wonderful BBQ plates and the meat loaf is a must.“
“Upon arriving we were greeted and instructed to pick our own seat. The restaurant has a local vibe to it. Our server catered to our needs, especially in keeping our drinks refilled. The burgers, fries, okra, onion rings, & cheese quesadilla were all fresh and yummy. The owner we briefly spoke with as we were leaving was warm and personable as well. Thank you for this pleasant experience.“
