Brisket is pre-chopped so asking for lean isn't really an option. Meat is moist with no sign of a smoke ring or bark. Two kinds of sauce - Hot & Mild. Potato Salad is ok. My pref is little mustard and some celery for little crunch. Staff is Great!Food is acceptable but unfortunately not memorable.
Had the BBQ Plate with 2 sides which for me was Pulled Pork, vinegar coleslaw, and mac & cheese and bun. Pork was moist tender no burnt ends or excess fat. Both BBQ sauces are tasty mild (sweet thicker ) Hot (not very hot not as sweet) Coleslaw was fresh and Mac and cheese looked rather light runny, but was tasty. Servers were pleasant and attentive.
