Why is it that any time I come here, the food is neither hot nor ready? Isn’t that the whole point? I asked today if they still had the crazy puffs (didn’t see them on the menu) - the girl said “yes, but I don’t have any ready or prepped so it’ll be about a 10-12min wait.” She also was huffing and puffing while taking my order and checking me out. Not sure if they’re under staffed, bad management, or a combination.

I figured since I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 20 min waiting for my wife to come out of the store with are pizza we ordered online that was supposed to be ready for pick up 30 mins ago!! I would like to take a moment to tell everyone how much I do not enjoy waiting over an hour for 2 pizzas!!! I believe I’ll just go to the store, purchase the ingredients, take it home and cook it myself and still have my meal faster then my family did tonight

Ordered 1 classic cheese, 1 classic pepperoni, and 1 classic beef and 2-2 liters. Waited 30 mins. Got home to find 2 cheese and a sausage. And the pizza had to be heated up before we could eat it. Absolutely pathetic

Always what I expect. They offer free bread sticks for Veterans, which is cool. Very affordable and would definitely recommend.
Dude was literally setting on the counter smoking something and y’all’s workers said yall was closed and the website says they close at 9:30 and we pulled up at 9:15 and I just don’t like how the attitude was giving to me

Very slow. Idk why cause they supposed to have stuff ready an hot to go lay trip I sit there almost 45 min I walked in told her she said I parked which was sent to a handicapped spot I was not gonna take it so I went one over walked in an she was not friendly at all an I watched the girl in back working so slow in my order would look at me start talking to another employee finally got my order was not happy didn’t apologize or anything. Great food tho
