I’ve been to a little ceasars in every state I’ve visited and there has been a lot. This is literally the best little ceasars in all the states I’ve visited even better than the on back home in East TN and thought the one in Roanoke Va was amazing no Benton KY even has them beat.

Gave out order to someone else. I was in the drive thru. The people in front of us. Picked up a piece out of the box. Realized it wasn't right. Put it back in the box. Returned it inside and they tried to serve it to me. I said hell no thank you, had to wait for another to be cooked and not even a Im sorry or a discount for our trouble. Nothing. Won't be back there

The pizza was actually really hot and fresh this time but the cheese sticks were not very cheesy and that's usually my favorite part. The service wasn't that great either.

Why is it that any time I come here, the food is neither hot nor ready? Isn’t that the whole point? I asked today if they still had the crazy puffs (didn’t see them on the menu) - the girl said “yes, but I don’t have any ready or prepped so it’ll be about a 10-12min wait.” She also was huffing and puffing while taking my order and checking me out. Not sure if they’re under staffed, bad management, or a combination.

I figured since I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 20 min waiting for my wife to come out of the store with are pizza we ordered online that was supposed to be ready for pick up 30 mins ago!! I would like to take a moment to tell everyone how much I do not enjoy waiting over an hour for 2 pizzas!!! I believe I’ll just go to the store, purchase the ingredients, take it home and cook it myself and still have my meal faster then my family did tonight

Ordered 1 classic cheese, 1 classic pepperoni, and 1 classic beef and 2-2 liters. Waited 30 mins. Got home to find 2 cheese and a sausage. And the pizza had to be heated up before we could eat it. Absolutely pathetic
