Absolutely terrible service! They got a burger wrong on our order incorrect I went and explained it to them and at this moment I’ve been sitting waiting 20 minutes for them to add extra onion to a burger that I ordered extra onion on!!! I’ve seen 5 people come and go when I was here before they were! Very rude when asked if they could please check my order! They guy rolls his eyes and asks if even let anyone know. Just got my order 16 minutes late and it’s still wrong

We brought the kids in to eat after school and the lady at the front counter was awful 😔 they forgot our cups and huffed when I asked her for them. Then, they forgot my nephews fries and she rolled her eyes and never came back with them. When I went to the front counter to get them, she told me I could not get them because I did not bring the receipt to her, but she literally just left and knew we didn't get them. Then, I order a mchicken for here and she asked if it was for here or to go. I told her here. She never brought it to me. She left it on the front counter for me to come get.
Also, fries were cold, there was water all in the floor and they were out of sweet tea 🙃
