We brought the kids in to eat after school and the lady at the front counter was awful 😔 they forgot our cups and huffed when I asked her for them. Then, they forgot my nephews fries and she rolled her eyes and never came back with them. When I went to the front counter to get them, she told me I could not get them because I did not bring the receipt to her, but she literally just left and knew we didn't get them. Then, I order a mchicken for here and she asked if it was for here or to go. I told her here. She never brought it to me. She left it on the front counter for me to come get.
Also, fries were cold, there was water all in the floor and they were out of sweet tea 🙃
I ordered door dash earlier. A McChicken, McDouble, fries and. Sweet tea. Burger was so old it was like rubber, and a dot of ketchup. Mcchicken was so hard my daughter could barely eat it. $23 plus change for 4 items and two we're not edible. This is ridiculous. I get it it's fast food but nothing should be like rubber or hard as a brick.
