I like Sonic, but just like any other restaurant or fast food chain, these days, they lack help, and the food is below par! I don't mean to complain, as I don't really eat out much, but my tots were cold and the burger just didn't taste right. I waited for my food for more than 15 mins in line. I will go back for a drink or ice cream, but not food.

Sonic has to have the thickest shakes I've ever had. Delicious. I came in about 10 min before closing my food was ok at best. I was the only customer there right before closing, I have worked in that industry before and I understand getting your work done and wanting to leave. I do, but as expensive as eating out is nowadays the quality should equal the price. The food wasn't very hot, the burger tasted boiled and the fries weren't a size large. I should have asked for a refund.

There's a reason this place isn't busy. The food wasn't that great and the prices are going up all the time. Just been a let down everytime. If it weren't for the sonic burger, hubby's fav, I doubt I would be back. Employees are not friendly and that's the young kids these days I guess.
Carhops were helping clear drive thru backup at 6pm busy time.

I have been going here since the store opened this morning. They have a new general manager which is the rudest. Most disrespectful lady I've ever met so the 7 days a week. I come here. It's no longer and I will make sure to tell everyone I go to their houses to repair their stuff about the experience I had here. That lady needs to go.
