Landon Mallory at Subway in Benton KY is one of the most respectful young men I have ever encountered, especially for having a job at a fast food restaurant. He was patient, calm, spoke clearly, had a positive attitude, cheerful, and said ma’am several times during the interaction. I think I may have gotten there at opening time and they werent quite ready. His apology for me waiting a few min was done with sincere empathy and compassion instead of the usually short and sweet “sorry for your wait” with attitude behind it. Overall it was a positive experience and that boy deserves some recognition. I’m not sure who his parents are but kudos to yall for raising such a kind, compassionate, and respectful young man!

I normally come around lunch. Today I went at 7:30pm. A girl named Lillian was rude & not nice at all. I understand having a bad day every once in a while but don’t take that on me. She was training , it looked like & whoever she was training was the sweetest person ever.

We went in expecting good service and to be able to get the drinks we are used to. The girl waiting on us got the order wrong and then, when the food was finally done we found you switched from coke to Pepsi and no longer offer sweet tea, so the 'combo' we added on, which included the drink. No longer works for us. Won't be back

Don't bring the coupons that come in the mailbox every month... New management doesn't accept them ... Wasted a footlong sub over not accepting coupons that used to be accepted here under different management... Enjoy my sandwich management won't be back

Not participating in the nationwide $6.99 sub deal. Go to Calvert, they are. You will still spend less even with gas being what it is. Blame Google, blame the company that bought the subway brand and did away with the $5 footlong, subway has gone to hell since then.

Every time I have come her they have gotten my order wrong. I have the easiest order it’s just a White bread they keep giving me Italian urban cheese bread And sometimes put mayo when it specifically asked for no sauces. The workers here are Arrogant and incompetent they do not know how to do their jobs. If I could give any less stars I would. -100/10 do not recommend this restaurant!!!

Made a online order picked it up when I got home my subs was all wrong when I called the manager on duty Robert told me he knew for a fact he made my subs correctly and that I needed to bring them back to get them made correctly I asked him for he was going to make up for my time off having to come back and he told me he wasn't and I could only get a refund by coming back to the store. My husband took a couple of bites off of his sub so he only gave him a half in one back and kept the whole sub I returned.
