Landon Mallory at Subway in Benton KY is one of the most respectful young men I have ever encountered, especially for having a job at a fast food restaurant. He was patient, calm, spoke clearly, had a positive attitude, cheerful, and said ma’am several times during the interaction. I think I may have gotten there at opening time and they werent quite ready. His apology for me waiting a few min was done with sincere empathy and compassion instead of the usually short and sweet...

I normally come around lunch. Today I went at 7:30pm. A girl named Lillian was rude & not nice at all. I understand having a bad day every once in a while but don’t take that on me. She was training , it looked like & whoever she was training was the sweetest person ever.
