Probably the best Wendy’s we’ve ever been to, great & positive atmosphere, the bathrooms were clean, & they even offer the cutest little peppermint candy which is extremely thoughtful..sorry not sorry if I’m making it sound like a 5 star restaurant. I’m from Georgia where we wait 30/40 mins for our order & barely get free napkins lol. We only had to wait 4 mins for our order & not only received an apology for the wait but had the option to choose any sweet dessert to snack...read full review

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Completely incompetent staff. The last 4 times we have went there, something from our order was wrong or left out & not discovered missing until we were many miles away at home ready to eat. I have continued to overlook their incompetencey & have given them many chances, however our DISGUSTING BREAKFAST today was the last straw! The lady was so rude this morning as well! ??????

Stopped in while passing through Benton and found the food fresh and tasty! I did notice that the floors were a bit sticky as though someone mopped with dirty mop water, but I didn't eat off the floor. :)
