I ordered the baconator and it only came with 2 small pieces of bacon. The shift manager, Benson does not understand how to be polite and friendly toward customers. He stood there with both hands in his pockets and head tilted sideways, showing he didn't want to deal with anyone. I was very polite towards him, yet he had an attitude stating that's how they come now. Horrible customer service, and their food is nothing like advertised. It's a shame he makes customers not want to ever return.

Went to wendys with my son today snd got him a kids meal and my mom a biggy bag. Long story short she bit in to ger chicken nugget and there was a rock in her chicken We were so shocked she choked on it they seen it themselfs when returned with chicken still cooked on to the rock so it wasnt an employee fault something with the supplier. Kinda scay.

Window lady was kind of rude and unprofessional when talking to other co workers.
Mr. Eddie coverour breakfast 1 morning because their pos wasn't running properly. We are there every morning, just about for breakfast 😋. We have told everyone it's the best fast food breakfast we've found. Always good. Service is great in the mornings even if we pull up at 2 minutes after the employees are up and ready. Every breakfast item is tasty. Thank you for making our breakfast every morning. We appreciate you.

This Wendy's is supposed to open at 6am for breakfast. I have tried to get breakfast between 615 and 630 3 times without success. There are cars in the parking lot and the light and menu board is on but nobody ever answers the drive thru speaker.
