Was very welcoming and service was friendly and great
We arrived at 5:53. Hostess went into the kitchen and didn’t come out until 6:05. Now, it’s past the dinner special which ends at 6pm. So this is Normal for Berea, KY Cracker Barrel. The manager did come to our table and said that the computer shuts down and doesn’t allow orders after 6pm. The girl that walked away & refused to return to the hostess stand exited from the kitchen and walked out the front door at 6:05. That’s ok. I won’t return.
I love the friendly service, the prices are great, the food is great, although the mashed potatoes could use some improvement. I love the casual home feel atmosphere. Cracker Barrel has been my absolute favorite place to dine out for many years. I hope it never changes.
