Reserve drive thru means 15 to 20 minutes wait. This is a McDonald's in general issue though for their customer (non)service model. They can no longer call themselves fastfood. It is bad for you but tasty slowfood. Am I allowed to refuse moving up - that might be the only way to get out of the drive thru under 25 minutes? It is every time i have to pull up at any McDonald's though so it isnt i just this franchise issue, it is their new(ish) - last few years - corporate business...read full review

The atmosphere in this establishment is boring and sad. What happened to the colors and nice kid friendly atmosphere!
