Employees barely present. Had to walk behind the counter and call for them pretty loudly for napkins and drink refills. No drink machine customers can use. No napkins, condiments, etc available to customers. Men's room sink faucet was broken such that temperature wasn't adjustable - burnt my hands. Second faucet was fine.

I have had several issues with this mcdonalds I finally called and spoke to the manager explained i did not want a refund or free food but they need to do better i ask who the owner was and realized I know someone whi knows them personally and when i said that she hung up on me. Never did i scream or cuss at her. I am just tired of getting cold food, half the amount your should be getting, orders wrongBE BETTER WORKERS AND PEOPLE

I’ve never been to prison but this McDonalds makes me feel like I have. There is no access to drinks, straws, napkins etc. it’s cold and plain and gray, and dirty. Had to ask for item’s missing from my order. Ordered table service but still had to go to the counter and get it. Not offered a tray for eat-in. Strange experience compared to every other McDonalds I’ve ever been to.
Took 3 employees about 10 minutes to figure out how to ring in tarter sauce instead of Mac sauce on a big mac for the lady infront of me. I knew I was going to be in trouble because my boys wanted cheeseburgers with mac sauce instead of mustard and ket hup. Yep took just about as long. Then got a medium drink with a large size value meal.

As a McDonald's manager on vacation i wasnt thrilled my family wanted to stop here, but they were ideal employees friendly efficient and food was fresh and hot. I commend the crew because i couldnt say many mcdonalds crews do the job as well as them (except my own homestore lol)Kid-friendliness: Noticed and waved to child in backseat when we went through drive thru. Very friendly.

The employees have one job make your food Prepare it properly and professionally. You come in and order a cheeseburger for your son And the employees looks like they punched it That’s some A+ service I like my food punch every time I order it That should be an option on the menu. Now, my son won’t eat cheeseburgers no more Because He’s afraid someone’s going to punch them.
