This is not my first issue.. first one was so bad over 45 mins for a hot and ready had to refund the second one as they forgot I had two, and it was cut and made so badly I refused to eat it.. this time I just got a lunch combo deep dish.. you can’t convince me this isn’t from yesterday it’s old it’s luke warm it’s missing cheese and looks reheated … it’s not fresh. fast and fresh means nothing. Can't get items without having to wait 20 minutes...stay away
Tried to place an order at 6pm on a Friday evening, there was a line which is no big deal. Sat for 15 minutes and get to the order thing, what I want isn’t hot and ready (it’s advertised as hot and ready) so I ask what is and order from that selection. The kid continues to cut me off after every item I order and try to give me a total, I tell her I’m still ordering and finish up. Sat another 15 minutes to get to the window only to find out that NONE of the “hot and ready”...read full review
