Absolutely amazing service! Adinna and the crew was amazing! The food was perfect! Thank you all for a great experience 🙌🏽🔥 First time trying the Detroit style and it was delicious!
Customer service is nonexistent anymore for some reason. I used to order wings all the time but now there always seems to be an issue. Either they run out of the wings, or they are just too busy. Yes, they called back and said, Sorry, we're just too busy to get your order done. So I called earlier the next week and they brought the order early, not on my lunch break. All around they just don't really care.
Pizza Hutt has an online-only deal on Sunday where you can get any two pizzas for half price if you use visa checkout. The deal is delivery only, but we live outside of the delivery zone. The employees would NOT work with me on this. I offered to meet them inside the delivery zone, and even offered to pick it up at the restaurant. There is no reason for this other than employee laziness. From now on I'm taking my business to one of the many other pizza places in town.
