I recently went through the drive-thru at Sonic here in Berea, and the worker named Eddi (found on receipt) was outstanding. Me and my mom went through the drive through and the kid/young man working the drive through absolutely made our day! His name was Eddie (if that’s spelled right) but he absolutely made our night!
I ordered a smash burger and tots! The tots were extra excellent as always! The burger would have been better if they knew what a smash burger actually was! It wasn't really a smash burger as it was missing the good sear on both sides of the burger. Instead, I got a greasy burger mess. ....the tater tots were wonderful! Customer service was great, very friendly!
