I love and can afford Taco Bell and go at least biweekly. I walked to the counter to order and was ignored. Another gentleman was also waiting to place his order. No one even acknowledged we were present on 'front line'. I looked at him and said, " I guess we need to use the kiosk to place our order. " Even though I am not all that familiar with this option, I muddled through it...no receipt printed. An employee on her lunch break in the dining room offered...
Food was good. We came in kinda late, after we were in the locked the door we came in and they made us use the doors on the other side of the building when we left. The lobby was still open so I don't know why they locked that door.
