I just experienced some of the friendliest costumer service by three young people. That is very refreshing to see these days, so they get all of my stars! Also, the two different cold brew flavors I ordered are delicious :).

Haven’t been to a BR for a long time. My nutty coconut ice cream was a bit short on coconut. Many young girl workers with many young girl customers.. didn’t see any adults for crowd management. But it went fine.

Their hours are misleading. On the door it says 10; however, online it says 9. Staff was rude when we showed up and shooed us off. Definitely not coming back.

I LOVE Baskin Robbins and NEVER had a problem with traveling to go get the best ice cream, in my opinion. As I live about 10-15 miles from one. I usually go to the one on Taylorville's Road but stopped at this one (Shelbyville Rd), the other day. Found a hair in my ice cream. I WON'T be back. This has NEVER happened in all of my years eating at Baskin Robbins. I am disgusted.

They need to update hours on maps. It says they close at 10 on Sunday. However at 9;15 they were closed.
This is petty but just gotta drop this review. I love baskin-Robbins. This location has been here for a while and even though I live in Indiana, my kids and I go out of our way to come here and have for 11 years.The other night, my ice cream got dumped.I ordered 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip. Pretty simple eh?Upon scooping and handing me the dish, the gal doing it stated” I think I need to give you a cup due to our ice cream is not cold and melting.”I’m not a rude person so I just replied “ ok sweetie!”She was right. Ice cream was soft, somewhere between cool and warm. But the worst part was it tasted stale and slightly freezer burnt.Guys come on! I know times are odd and hard. But it’s ice cream! You have one main job and that is to keep it cold!I will come back but take a look at your basic jobs of an ice cream shop and make sure all is working before you take locals money and serve them an item.

Even in chilly weather a Banna Royal is worth every bite!The restaurant was not busy when we arrived and the two ladies on duty were very helpful! Kudos to them!!

BR is my family's favorite place when it comes to desserts. Employees have always been friendly, smiling and polite but last night was the worst customer service I've seen in a very long time. When we arrived one of the employees was angry and being loud to other employee. So loud in fact, I had to raise my voice at my daughter so she could hear me talk to her. When the employee finally had time for us, I got "what do u want". Very rude, hateful tone is what I got. I wanted to leave but my kids really like BR so I ordered. After the women slammed the cup on the counter , my daughter said thank you. What she said next had me in knots about ever coming back. " YEAH OK" is what she said!!!!!!! The look on my daughter's face was shock because this was the worst anybody had ever talked to her like this. I have never submitted a review before but this had to be sent because of this employee.

Staff was friendly but the serving size is beyond ridiculous! I ordered a “Two” scoop sundae and it literally look like one kid size scoop of ice cream! Better training is needed on appropriate scooping size! Especially if the customer leaves a tip!
