Baskin-Robbins offers friendly customer service from its staff, including young employees and helpful ladies. The nutty coconut ice cream and cold brew flavors are popular choices. Despite sometimes lacking in coconut flavor, the desserts are generally enjoyed. The restaurant can get crowded, but it remains a great place for a delicious Banna Royal, even in chilly weather.
