We LOVE Jersey Mike's but the amount of time it takes to receive food is unacceptable. We ordered online in the hopes of getting in and out quickly because we had somewhere else to be. Unfortunately this is not the first time that we've had to wait an hour for an online order.This needs to be made right. Got the wrong sub. I asked for chipotle chicken and got something with beef. I didn't want them to trash it so I ate it. They didn't seem to be worried about the situation. They were going to give me the correct one but didn't happen. Also I told them that other customer may be with the wrong order and didn't care. The. Guy cooking hot subs completely got the order wrong. Had to pick off the things we asked to exclude and ask for the things added. Not a smile or a I'm sorry for not getting that right. Try writing the order down when it's busy. I guess we'll travel to another JM to see if it's better.
