It was my first time trying 7 Brew Coffee, and I wasn’t familiar with how things worked. I told the cashier it was my first visit, and she mentioned that the menu is online, which felt a bit impersonal and confusing when ordering at the window. I ordered my usual caramel latte with oat milk. Unfortunately, it tasted mostly like warm milk with very little coffee flavor. I couldn’t even finish it. I wasn’t sure if it was actually oat milk or if enough espresso was added. Overall, I was pretty disappointed and probably wouldn’t return.

I just wanted to leave a review expressing how much I appreciate the staff at this location! I frequent this one because it’s on my way to work, and every time whoever is helping me is just so kind. They’re always talkative and ask how your day is going, but not in a customer service type of way. They ask in a way that seems like they’re genuinely interested! Love this location. <3 My mood is always lifted after leaving.
