I like Arby's food but since I'm on a restricted sodium intake diet I realized there is nothing at Arby's that I can eat. Customers beware everything is high in sodium

Ordered turkey gobbler missing some ingredients, fries and coke good. Roasted beef and cheese sandwich was good.

Our meal was good. We asked the counter person that we'd like fresh cooked fries and she accommodated with no problem. Lobby was clean.

Chicken wrap was microwaved to the point it stuck to the paper and was not able to be eaten. No clean tables so we cleaned it off ourselves.

I only came to write this review because I’ve got accustomed to late night fast food being a joke and tonight August 12 whoever was working at 10 PM. It was the best service that I received from late night fast food in a long time the receipt said Said his name was Bo He was most definitely the only person working in the restaurant, which is kind of sad so I hope his employers see this bow was great. Decided to make me fresh curly fries and was very kind which is something I haven’t received from this type of establishment in a long time.

Me and my boyfriend ate there on 3-11-25 around 930pm. He got a mis roast beef sandwich/fries and I got 2 chicken sliders/fries. He said it was the best sandwich he's ever gotten from Arby's and he eats Arby's a lot. My chicken sliders were super fresh and good as well. The manager on duty was a girl named Angela Woud not only eat there again but I would definitely recommend it to everyone else

We were at Arby's tonight and they got my sons order wrong. We ordered a hamburger with no cheese.. he will not eat cheese. My husband said he confirmed this with who was taking our order twice. That is completely fine, mistakes happen. My husband brought the cheeseburger back up, waited a second, and the employee standing by the deep fryer finally said, "do you need something?" He said that he wanted the hamburger he ordered. She replied "that is a hamburger". He replied, "No, this is a cheeseburger, and we ordered no cheese" He said she was clearly annoyed and yelled back to the kitchen the correct order. I then heard him ask her, "Is there something wrong with the way I ordered?"

Look, when you work in customer service and get someone's order wrong, instead of making them feel like you are annoyed about fixing it or dealing with any sort of issue, try approaching the counter and saying something like, "I'm so sorry, let us fix that for you right away." Maybe even bring them the correct order instead of having them come back up to get it. Not once did she apologize, and we could hear her discussing the incident with the rest of the staff.

To add salt, on the way out she hollered, "have a nice night!"

We love Arby's, but this interaction was a let down.

Arbees is worse than ever. Meat that only tastes of salt. And this location can't put a sandwich together without mounding everything in one pile in the middle of the bread. Last nights rueben sandwich had no noticeable saure kraut or dressing and odd how the meat seems identical to the roast beef sandwich rather than the corned beef as advertised. The roast beef and cheddar was slopped together the same way. Just a lump of meat in one spot and then some kind of awful liquid fake cheese jiz glopped in one spot.
The Lazy little teenage girl working at 9:30pm on Tuesday November 3rd takes no pride in her work. I'm sure she'd rather not have to be bothered with customers anyway. I'm only too happy to ablige her. I don't appreciate paying for salty overpriced food and not even getting the ingredients that are advertised and shown in their pictures. Is it that hard to get the saure kraut out of hiding?
