Service here is exceptional. The young lady was so kind, patient, and friendly. So nice to see someone like that in the world we live in. I changed my mind on the condiments so she put them in the bag in case I changed my mind again. Lol.

Food is usually good, my only complaint is the fries. No matter if I order curly of crinkle cut fries, there always mostly small peices and never fill the cup. I eat here once a week.
I like the taste of the food but it's always served very sloppy. The meat is always balled up on one side and the cheese is melting out of the other side and the bread is squished down flat ?

Y’all better watch out for that redheaded manager. She is a walking health hazard. A while back a customer brought their fries back in because they were supposed to have curly fries and she threw them back into the fry bin to be served again. Tonight a customer was served raw chicken For their little girl and the customer came up to the counter freaking out and she just smiled and said oh that is raw and put them back in the fryer after they had been picked apart by the customer. Instead of just getting new chicken. Crazy

We got a Reuben on a craving and we’re sadly disappointed by the bland, cold, and sub par sandwich that we were served. The employees were nice and probably would’ve replaced it but I get tired of asking for things to be made correctly so I just kept on moving.
