The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Placed a mobile order and i pull up and they tell me since it's a large order (2 sandwiches, 1 fry) i need to come inside and pick it (while it's raining) instead of the drive thru. They also act like every thing is such a chore or task when it's their freaking job...

Usually don't leave comments but this experience was so exceptional, it just has to go up here. I am a massive critic of how restaurants have fallen off a cliff lately and no one cares. Well, this arby's was absolutely AWESOME. The 4 for $10 is a GREAT DEAL and all 4 of my roast beef with cheese were absolutely AWESOME. Friendly and on point service too.

My work was inconsiderate about dinner break, and I felt really awful about coming close to close. I couldn't help thinking a classic beef 'n cheddar and curly fries would make my shift go better. And it did.Elieshia was an angel at the drive-thru taking care of me, even dropping fresh, hot curly fries. It made my night so much better than it was, and these folks deserve a raise for their hard work! That and a major award!If I ever come back through town, this is the place to stop!
