Wanted to eat in dining room. Went to door and it was locked. Hours said open dining room at 10:00. It was 10:10 when we were there .Tried to get them to come unlock door but no response. Left.

Had to go back into restaurant two different times tho get meals corrected, one kids meal fries with no chicken tenders then an adult meal with no fries and at no point did they apologize for not getting it right. Worst service available.

We got our food at the drive-through. We are in the parking lot because we were on the way to somewhere else.
The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Placed a mobile order and i pull up and they tell me since it's a large order (2 sandwiches, 1 fry) i need to come inside and pick it (while it's raining) instead of the drive thru. They also act like every thing is such a chore or task when it's their freaking job...
