Usually a good experience. Not so tjis time. Although the service was acceptable. The food was not. Tater tots , wedges and boneless wings were cold. Nashville hot chicken sauce, not so hot. Very disappointed with our visit

Sat at the bar. Horrible service. Bartender just wants to slice lemons, limes and oranges. Instead of taking care of guests. Took for ever to get a menu and place my order. Watched the manager come in blow by his employee to talk bs what seems like regulars. He never said a word to the employee. Not even good morning. She treated me as she has been. Hourly employees will only treat the guests as managers treat the. Hourly employees should have a better experience than the guest. That will want hourly to give the guest that WOW experience! Wasn’t going to leave a review but when I received my bill I paid in cash. I received my difference in dollars but my change the coins were never given to me. I wonder how much she makes not giving the coin change in a shift or a month. Because no one cares.

The biggest gripe that i have about this place is the fact that they make you use this QR code thing to pay your Bill. The Server is nice, the food is good, and the atmosphere is like any other sports bar, but they still want you to use their QR code thing which requires you to put in your email and your Credit card information electronically. God knows what they're going to do with that information.

Today's trip was very unpleasant. The floor in the restaurant was sticky. The bar was dirty with old dried whatever on it and some kind of little stringy things all over the place. The Pepsi I got had a piece of what looked like dried glue on the rim that picked off easily. The beer I got had flakes of something floating in it that I didn't notice until halfway through drinking it. The boneless wings were weakly sauced and one was made of a huge piece of gristle or mystery meat. I have no idea what it was!! I couldn't even cut it with a fork and it was rubbery. The service has went from decent to just ho hum.
This place has been up and down in the past but has now hit a new low. Management needs to revive the quality, service and especially cleanliness that BWW's in BG used to have.
I went back June 16th to see if they had fixed anything and it was one of the most awful experiences at a restaurant. I will condense it down: beer order took 15 minutes, waitress talking to manager in plain sight of our table during those 15 minutes, couldn't show hockey game and lied about why, salsa and chips order took 15 minutes, salsa looked like it was out of a jar, cost 6 bucks, asked for extra salsa and got charged 2.50 more, also took 15 minutes, left pissed.

The wings are crispy and delicious. The sauces we ordered are buffalo ranch, lemon pepper and luau bbq. It complimented with the crispiness of the wings and the tastiness of the sauces. Place is cozy and a bit cold.
