Never have had a bad experience here.place was pretty cold but I brought a jacket for that reason. Prices are so high though... my husband and I enjoyed our food, but my daughter didnt like her chicken wrap.

Me and my mom went here the other night. It was absolutely one of the best restaurant experiences either of us have ever had. The wings were absolutely delicious, the place was very clean, and our waitress was very attentive to all of our needs. We will be going back.

My team comes on a business trip to Bowling Green 2-4 times a year. Tonight we ran into Steve (bartender) at BW3’s and the service was fantastic. Fast service. Very friendly. He even had us wait for our food because the fries weren’t good enough on the original order. Highly recommend visiting & chatting with Steve. Appreciate the friendly service.

We waited almost 2 hours for our food others that came in after us was served before us. When our food finally came it was cold.. the waitress was wonderful and sweet she was trying her best but 2 hours for food was ridiculous

I placed an order for 12 traditional wings. Food was old and dry. That was on 7/28, I tried ordering again today. I specifically told them PLEASE make sure I have fresh wings, they weren't fresh yesterday. I get home. My Wings are old and dry, some wings didn't have any sauce at all. I am very disappointed and will not be going back

Ordered 20 bone in and boneless wings with some appetizers to go.
Got to the location and barely had to wait for our food to come out, which was nice , but we found out that all of our wings were boneless.
Went back inside to get half of them bone in like we ordered , which also didn’t take too long, which is also nice.
The boneless wings were the best part of this entire order and in hindsight, we should’ve just ordered all boneless. They aren’t dried out like the bone in ones and they actually have decent flavor.
The desert heat flavor was not present other than the desert dry taste that it gave off. The rest of the bone in wings were fairly similar to this taste. No spice on the desert heat flavor, dry as a bone (get it) and on top of it, the size just seems to get smaller and smaller as the picture below shows the comparison to a quarter to my wing. We probably will not be eating anymore of the wings that we got, and my stomach’s bugging me now.

If we’re spending the amount that we spend on this order, we should be getting a decent quality of food and we just didn’t get it this time.

My husband and I stayed in Bowling Green on a road trip and ordered takeout from this location. We arrived at the time designated on the app that our order would be ready. There was not much of a wait, but when we got our order the half of our order that should be traditional wings were boneless. We let them know and they were quick to fix the issue (less than 10 mins). Unfortunately the traditional wings we did get were extremely dry and most were very small. Some of them we had trouble chewing the meat off of. They were also colder than the boneless wings that were sitting there when we were waiting for the 'new' traditional wings to be made. We also got onion rings and cheese curds both which were not hot. Overall the boneless wings were great but we were quite disappointed with with traditional wings and how the appetizers were not hot even when we arrived right when they were 'ready'. I would skip this location.

Food was pitiful and the service matched. Everything that came out of the kitchen was room temp or cold. Mozzarella sticks were so cold they were just like string cheese from the fridge. Queso was decent, but the chips were as stale as they come, someone left the bag open for a week and served them to the customers. After a few awful appetizers, we just grabbed our ticket and went elsewhere for dinner. Won't be back after the showing tonight.
