I love this place but got food to go tonight for work and once I went to lunch break I realized they gave me the wrong 10 pc wing. Was suppose to be mango habenero but was hot/mild… box has mango sticker so probably was a mistake.

Had to come update my ratings due to changes that I can only assume came from there corporate office and not so much the local Bowling Green store. We got wings yesterday and they have dramatically changed the size of them. You used to haft to cut them in half with a fork to eat them. Now they are like popcorn chicken. Meanwhile they keep posting false advertising on Facebook suckering people in. Bottom line it's not worth the money anymore and unless something changes I won't be coming back and that sucks cause it used to be my go to restaurant. Now they have become like everyone else and let corporate greed take over. There is no excuse for this garbage. I doubt anyone important will read this but hopefully someone will see this review and spend there money else where before they waste it.

Would not recommend, took 45 mins just to get food that wasn’t even cooked right or all the way and the wings were burnt.
Bartender was so nice and helpful. He also made awesome drinks. Got our food to go and it was fantastic!

I will never be back to this location which sucks because I actually like their food. Last night I ordered food for take out under two different orders. I get home only to find out all out sauces, ranches, and salsas for the multiple orders of chips were missing. They also gave use the wrong side on one order. When I called (mind you I had to call 12 times before someone actually picked up the phone) the so called manager at first offered to mail me a $10 gift card. Then when I pointed out we did pay for the ranch even if it was only 60 cents, we paid for our meals which should come with everything we ordered. He told me it’s all free items so he will refund me the 60 cents instead. When I asked him how did we go from offering a gift card to refunding me 60 cents he said “that’s what you paid for”. That’s some great customer service!! Mind you both bills together were almost $100. When you spend money for a dinner you expect to get everything and not told “well those a free and just come with the meal”. To the owner of this location - you need a new manager that cares about your customers or maybe he needs a good training on customer service. Beyond disappointing.

Talk about not having good service. They forgot all my sauces that we asked for after ordering 30 wings .. Also our Salsa that comes with chips and Salsa didn't get. We called back and spoke with Jason aka a manager and he says that stuff is free, so if they forgot it then they forgot it! Who orders wings without a side of sauce or just plain chips without Salsa? This guy shouldn't be a manager or even dealing with the public. He was just plain RUDE. This was the first and last time we get anything from here and the wings were greasy!!!

I love their wings. I placed an order online and needed to make a modification to it but couldn't do it online. The manager let me make the change in store and was very accommodating. Good management!
