This has got to be one of the worst restaurants in the entire city of Bowling Green, KY. I’m a regular Door Dasher and k try and avoid orders, especially at night, from this store. You will wait in the drive through for AT LEAST 20 minutes, usually longer, and the night crew is rude as hell.

We've been here numerous times in the past two months. Always friendly service. The food is generally good. One time a drink was nasty with no syrup but they replaced it quickly. Never went in, Always drive thru.

Ordered via the mobile app. Pulled up to drive through without any waiting. My food was at the window as soon as I pulled up. Came through on a great time of the day. That being said; the service was excellent and my food was hot and fresh. Impressed.

Idk who you all got working in there but they are rude as hell. Threw me my food out the window didn’t say a word. Get some better people.

Went through drive thru, speakers are broken, there is signage to go order at window. Waited and waited and waited, no one ever came. Called the restaurant and it went straight to voicemail. This was at 7:30pm and they claim to be open until midnight.

The only place on earth where customers are served with a rude tone of voice, bad gestures and wearing a skimask... without a doubt neither I nor anyone in my family will set foot in this place again

Slowest place in all of Bowling Green. Screens have been out for weeks and it takes over 30 damn minutes to get through a line of 3 people. Fire the staff and rehire cause they sure as hell didn’t retain their training.

We stopped here while traveling through, and it’s definitely better than most Burger Kings, especially if you’re from Ohio. The staff was friendly and got our order right. It seems like no one in the area has heard of the onion ring sauce called “zesty” sauce, so they didn’t know what we were asking for—but that’s okay. Overall, a decent experience!

Happy Times

This location has a friendly staff. We usually visit this location in the evenings. The second shift staff are very friendly with my daughter and always make her feel special.

Parking: The new cheesy tots are deep-fried, crispy, and fresh.

Kid-friendliness: This was the only fast food place I've been to that really focused on what my daughter wanted and made sure she was happy and had toys to occupy her mind.

Wheelchair accessibility: ADA complient

There was a total of 7 bus loads of people that deboarded in the Plaza about 8pm. I know there were at least 30 people in front of me who ordered. The total time from waiting to order, to actually ordering, then receiving my food, was about 45 minutes. I was impressed with how well the staff handled the large crowd and how fast the service was. I wasn't entirely thrilled with the quality of my chicken fries, but I didn't want to complain. Overall, I think they did amazing, given the circumstances.

I ordered inside and the gentleman in front of me asked for ice because the lobby was empty. The cashier/manager (white shirt), walked away for no apparent reason. After about 20 seconds she returned and got my order. Then gave me a cup for my drink. She knew the gentleman in front of me had to ask for ice. I asked and she ignored me, so I asked a little louder and said please. Without a word she then took my cup, got the ice and handed me back the cup with ice but still not a word. Shen didn't want to talk to me for whatever reason. To me that was very arrogant and rude so I cancelled my order and left. I will never go back Burger King!
