The batter-dipped fish was different... and not in a good way. Whatever they're using now has a very fishy taste to it and isn't very good. Service was good though and it was fresh... just didn't taste good.
Very poor service. Green bean lid was not sealed. Green bean juice all in my mac and cheese. Green bean juice all in the fish. Fish was soggy. And I ordered plain and got Cajun fish. Can't eat it 40$ worth of trash

Thexwaitress was very nice and knowledgeable aboutvthe mnue, the dining room ad restroom were clean. But My meal was so small, i would consider this a small snack. The fish was smallest l've ever seen in a Captain Ds. Dont plan to come here again. I'm retired and it wasnt enough food for the money. Looks like they cut the fish pieces in half. My husband couldnt eat here. Very disappointed.

The food is delicious and the service is fantastic! A friend recommended that my husband and I give this Captain D's another try after we hadn't gone for several years. So glad we did! Management is doing a great job of keeping on top of things. I hope that continues. :)
Visiting. The man at the window was awful and rude. It seems like anyone else (9/30) evening was very rude. Saw multiple workers laughing and pointing at me, my husband has allergies and was so excited to find a place that matched our ability to eat. Won’t be back and hopefully their corporate actually reads this. The workers from this place should all be fired. Awful and RUDE

It's definitely gotten better. Love that it's so close to my house and the food is much fresher than it was a few years ago. I can tell they're taking better care of their fryer oil.

My husband and I had an early dinner at the 31W location tonight. It was the best meal. Everything was hot and fresh. The service was great. The restaurant was very clean. It had been a while since our last visit. We will definitely be back sooner that later. Thank you.
