My husband and I had an early dinner at the 31W location tonight. It was the best meal. Everything was hot and fresh. The service was great. The restaurant was very clean. It had been a while since our last visit. We will definitely be back sooner that later. Thank you.

Took our order on phone, when I got there the workers ran around not knowing what my order was so I waited 30-40 minutes for my food( making late for work) and after that, I was so late so I had to let my mom take the food home and she called me saying so much of the food was missing almost $70 and we didn't get half our fries and fish. This was just terrible, servicers was nice but not fully working together to make sure everything was right.This happened less then a hr ago, trying to call to talk to them and no one is answering phones

We went here during the day after the lunch rush. The employees were super nice and everything was cooked right. Not greasy or under cooked. The food was priced well. Better than most fast food. And the sweet tea was like someone from NC made it! We will be going back.
