The manager doesn’t need to be mad when I call ahead of time to try to make sure I don’t over whelm them with an order and they be mad I try to call it in. I did an order online for pickup. I picked it up and when I got back to my truck, I realized we were missing almost $12 worth of stuff. I'm a truck driver and borrowed a car to go pick it up. I couldn't go back to get what was missing and I was told they couldn't refund my card since I placed the order online.

Not sure if they just don’t have staff, but waiting at the ordering menu for 5 minutes before they took my order. Then another 15-20min to get my food with only 3 cards in front of me. Horribly slow service…..

However: a door dash or other delivery person shouldn't have to get in the regular customer line to pick up an order. I stood to the side for several minutes, phone and order bag in hand/visible, waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I know they were busy and I didn't want to holler out or wave my phone at somebody or stick it in their face as I've heard some dashers do. But there was someone running out orders, whom I'd hoped would see that I was waiting for such. We are on time limits and can get contract violations even if we "tell" the app that the place is busy. I finally gave up and got in the line which by then had dwindled down.

Drive-thru extremely slow, took almost half an hour to get food after ordering and several cars ahead, all waiting like us.

"It's free if we don't offer either of these deals to you" they do not honor this at the scottsville road location unless they have old shrimp or hush puppies. Also poor customer service.

Food was ok. The rice was hard and got it replaced. It seemed like it put out the people that worked there to cook fresh rice. Restaurant needs remodeled, paint is peeling, cobwebs. Not your grandparents Captain D’s anymore
