I've been to 3 different (this being the 3rd) Cheddars in 3 different large cities in 3 different states. Consistency is their game & they're doing it so good!
The price for the amount of food is my favorite. There hasn't anything I have gotten that isn't delicious.

*Annoyed they can't give onion rings as a side, only an appetizer.

The hostess was nice, but that is were the pleasantries ended. Once seated the server was off, he smiled at my wife and immediately dropped it upon talking to me. It’s ok because we only saw him four times after that. Once to get our drink order, once to get our drinks and food order, then our food, and then the checks.
When we got the food it was cold and had no flavor. Idk if it was kitchen issue or where they get the food from but the tenders and fries were awful. The Caesar salad was also bad.
I’ve eaten there many a times before years ago, but it seems to have gone done hill since then. Maybe should have listened to my gut when it was half empty at lunch on Black Friday.

Came as soon as they opened 11/15 for a curbside order. I don't think I've ever really had Cheddars so this is my first review. The portions were massive and that's not a bad thing for me at all especially in this economy. Probably each container weighed about 3lbs! So I was super excited to get a few meals out of one. Once I started eating it though, it was not great at all unfortunately. Everything lacked seasoning, even the fries weren't salted but had some kind of green garnish that offered nothing but aesthetic purposes and did nothing to the flavor. So I got a bang for my buck but unfortunately the buck had no pizazz and left me wanting something else.

Went out with a friend to go eat dinner and didn’t even get to try the food or order, nobody came up to us to serve us. we finally figured out we had to order off the ipad, although we had gotten no instruction to do so. we had questions about drinks and a special deal they were offering; so we pressed the “call server” button on the ipad and nobody came to help. We sat for some time and had 3 servers come in our area and walk away avoiding eye contact with the table once they saw the blinking red light coming from the ipad. We left after sitting for over 10 mins and went to waffle house instead. Don’t go here they can’t even serve their customers.

The silverware was dirty it still had food on it. and the service was below the bear minimum. The seats wasn't cleaned, also during the time I had to take the fork off of my boyfriends place after he finished eating because the server forgot about us. The place really fell off. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The bartender, Jacqueline is so friendly and personable. Excellent customer service. She gave me plenty of time to enjoy my wine and appetizer before my entree. She repeated my order to ensure accuracy and didn’t rush me at all! I like to dine slowly and enjoy my experience and she made me feel welcomed to do so. The food is always amazing. I had white fish with carrots and broccoli. The lemon pepper seasoning is packed with flavor and the portion is large, but Jacqueline was the star of the show! I will be back just to see her!
