Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I’ve been coming to Cheddars for many years and noticed the quality of food along with the service has changed for the worse. I’ve tried everything from steak to ribs to pot pies and fish. Your Santa Fe spinach dip is still my favorite! But you’ve done better with the rest!

Love the huge fish tank. Nice atmosphere some of the servers are good but some are just marginal. The food is usually very good! Service is questionable.

I've never had any issues until this afternoon when my partner and I had lunch for Valentine's Day. We were led to a booth in the very back of the restaurant that could not accommodate us. The seating area had three broken booths. The host wearing the purple shirt was not friendly at all and it just felt like he wanted us out of the way. This kind of treatment is unacceptable! We had to take it upon ourselves to find a better seat when not a single server noticed us. The grilled chicken on my salad had a rubbery texture. The only decent part was after our meal when the server left us a Hershey's kiss. I had higher expectations for this place given my past experiences with them. It is truly disapponting. I will not be returning.

My wife's filet mignon was perfect but my was fatty and not good. A replacement was no better so management intervened and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I had the meatloaf with the brown gravy I would not recommend this it is horrible. It's all mushy inside and it tastes. Service was great .

The food is always good. My favorite is the key west chicken and shrimp! Prices are a little cheaper than some other similar restaurants.

Waiter did not bring salad before meal we asked for plates for our croissants that he brought us before the meal and we did not receive them even though a table that was seated after us got them brought me bland tea whenever I asked for peach tea messed up order asked for grilled shrimp and received fried

Each to they own,on the food. I like the salads and cheese bits. That's it. I just tried their burgers 🍔 🤮. Not busy when I went, but we were treated like it was a Saturday night.
