Always busy but what do we expect when there's tremendous and speedy service like ChickFilA gives? Loved the new location in BG and would recommend anyone in town to trust this location as much as you have the older ones, they're amazing too.
Vegetarian options: I didn't pay a bunch of attention to the vegan choices as I'm not one but I do know they have things listed for people who choose this. I would recommend anyone to this store regardless of their food preferences.
Dietary restrictions: They are very open about the ingredients and information on their food selections.
Parking: Plenty of parking as this is smack dead in the middle of a huge parking lot. However, when exiting, I would recommend leaving onto Nashville Rd as opposed to Veterans Memorial/Campbell Lane.
Kid-friendliness: Amazing place for kids to eat out with their parents.

Make sure you check your order before leaving for take out, mobile order, drive thru etc. They forgot one of our chicken sandwiches from the mobile order line. No big deal, I went in right away to grab it.
They were very kind, apologized and said they would make it right away. I waited another 10 minutes or so before another employee asked if I had been helped. I said I had and was just waiting. He asked what I was waiting for and said he would take care of it right away. He did thankfully, but that tells me after waiting a while in the lobby and having to be asked a second time I was likely forgotten about.
When we got home, we realized one of the burgers had been made wrong, and we didn’t have any straws. Not a big deal, but still kind of annoying after everything else.
Just make sure to double check your order!

DRIVE THRU SERVICE IS ALWAYS FAST don't worry if it's backed up all way around the building, it's still the FASTEST IN TOWN! ? 30 PIECE NUGGET MEAL, waffle fries, drink, 30 nuggets ❤️ @ under $23 is my favorite! I wish they would add the bread rolls from the morning meal like the minis for breakfast.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Family oriented restaurant great friendly service is above and beyond the standard fast food restaurant. And they are one of the fastest and the best place to eat out at!
All chick fil A’s have lines but this one is clearly not efficient. Biting off more than they can chew by taking lots of orders in drive through but then they all sit in line. Mobile line just as bad. They have too many resources to put us through queues like this. Time is money for us.
they’re always forgetting something whether it be my extra sauces to a whole different type of chicken that i ordered. they forgot my forks for my salads today. another time, they forgot my 2 large fries. do better.
