In Bowling Green, KY, I was ON Nashville Rd, less than a mile from the Chick-fil-A ON Nashville Rd, but the app said Campbell Lane location was closer, and technically we have TWO locations on Campbell Lane. It just makes it easily confusing!! Anyhow I just clicked nearest location and it didn't register it wasn't right, so no breakfast today! ????? So beware, the phone app doesn't update your location very fast. Don't assume it is correct.

1st time ordering breakfast and we were traveling so we used the drive-thru. Young man was so patient with us offered a menu and when the car ahead of us moved he suggested moving forward to view the larger screen. He was so pleasant, patient, kind and represented Chick-fil-a so well. Our breakfast was excellent as was the coffee.Such a Great experience, service and food.Thank you! You made our day start out Great!!Parking: Large parking as a truck with horse trailer pulled in. It's adjacent to a plaza also.

Service was fast, and the food was good - you know what to expect from CFA, and they do deliver. Staff was friendly and helpful, no complaints.As a chain, I sure wish they'd get the MSG out of their food, though. We don't eat there often, since a couple of family members get headaches from it.

Food is good and normally made correct. But in the drive through they talk over you constantly. Incredibly annoying and disrespectful. I also have to repeat parts of my order because they’re talking over me and miss it.
I normal am a big fan! But today was a different experience. I believe I must have gotten someone else's salad. It was not what I ordered and it was disgusting! I threw it away!
Breakfast is blah at Chick Filet. It really is very bland so i depend on condiments to help. Don’t use the Mobil app for this location. Constantly not giving condiments you ask for in the app and before they sit down to have a talk with employees, it was the manager that served me. Save money and go to 5th Street Diner. You can sit down and eat a full meal for less and they don’t mess up

Went through the drive-thru and it took forever but that only happened once but the chicken sandwich I got was absolutely delicious plus the sweet tea is off the chain so if you want to get your grub on and you like chicken go to Chick-fil-A tell them Chad sent youParking: Only reason it was hard to find parking is because the food and service is so good they were extremely busy and when they're busy like that you know they have a good so like I said if you want a good chicken sandwich go to Chick-fil-A and tell them Chad sent you
