RICE HARDER THEN A ROCK. THIS PLACE IS GREAT IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TO DENTIST IN A WHILE. THEY WILL MAKE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IMMEDIATELY. I WAS ENJOYING THE FOOD BUT THEN CAME ACROSS ONE HARD GRAIN OF RICE WHICH I SHOULD HAVE TOOK AS A WARNING SHOT. 1 GRAIN OK NO PROBLEM I KEPT EATING AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I CAME ACROSS THE HOLY GRAIL MOTHER SHIP OF A HARD AS$ GRAIN OF RICE THAT WAS NO MATCH FOR MY BOTTOM LEFT MOLAR. CRACKED IT RIGHT IN HALF HALF TOOTH GONE. THANKS CHIPOTLE FOR NOT MONITORING YOUR FOOD TO MAKE SURE IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO EAT. I ALREADY KNOW YOUR SLEEZY TACTICS AND NO. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR $5 OFF MY NEXT ORDER COUPON TO TRY AND MAKE AMENDS OR THE “EMAIL US WITH MORE DETAILS OF YOUR EXPERIENCE” WHAT I AM INTERESTED IN IS YOU PAYING FOR MY DENTIST BILL 2GRAND THANKS. Awful! No fresh food, people not friendly 😕 tables were dirty, bunch of screaming kids. Food was being scrapped off the bottom of the barrel instead of being refreshed. Only reason for 2 stars is that the flavor of the food was pretty good. Way too expensive, $37 for 2 people! Portions were all out of wack, way too much guacamole and sour cream, NOT enough meat. Nothing like the commercials! Lol
Parking: Very small parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids running around screaming.
Wheelchair accessibility: Really small place. No room for wheelchair without being in the way.

I’ve been to this location several times, the staff and cleanliness keeps lowering below expectations for how a Chipotle should be running. This restaurant is filthy and the staff has zero customer service. If anyone from UPPER MANAGEMENT cares, this restaurant needs a clean house.

Service and portion sizes can be really bad and inconsistent, but the food is yummy. Was overcharged for our food last month when i stopped in, and they didn’t give us the drink that came with the meal. On the most recent trip I asked for a chicken bowl and because the chicken supply was running low the worker only put this little tiny half scoop of meat onto the bowl and tried to sell it to me. Had to walk out of the store. Don’t cheat your customers, please.

I came in 9:45 pm The guy who was filling the bowl was welcoming and smiling but he didn't fill the bowl up .I ordered a salad with double steak bowl and paid 18 $ .They will discard the food anyway as they are closing . Chipotle now continue to make employee's fill the least amount of food possible to the customer which is very ungenerous. Then i went to the cashier to pay, the lady was so unpatient and the app was acting up as it requires an update and sign-in
Then i asked her how to get the points on the app but i took like 10 seconds and figured it out scanning the QR code . She don't know how. She wasn't helpful .
If chipotle continue like this . They will run out of business . Employees should be trained more on how to deal with customers.

Rude manager. No one is friendly or wants to help they just stare awkwardly and then the manager is telling people who showed up for interviews that he can’t do them and is talking to them in a disrespecting way. Turned around and did not want to deal with his attitude went to the other chipotle.

The food was fresh, but the poor staff can't keep up with the traffic. The restaurant tables, chairs and floors were in bad shape and hadn't been wiped down in a while.

Dear Chipotle Team,
I am writing to express my frustration with the repeated errors in my orders. This ongoing issue is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.
Most recently, I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak (an additional $5.55) and extra fajita veggies. However, my order arrived missing the fajita veggies and the extra steak. Additionally, I ordered a steak quesadilla, and what I received was completely incorrect.
This lack of accuracy and attention to detail is extremely disappointing, and it reflects poorly on the level of service. It seems mistakes are a recurring issue, and there is a noticeable lack of hospitality in addressing them.
With a second Chipotle location opening in Bowling Green, KY, I hope it brings a higher standard of service. In the meantime, I urge Chipotle’s corporate team to address this matter and ensure proper training and quality control at the existing location.

Don't waste your money here. I placed an order on the app and almost everything was wrong. I ordered 2 bowls with a tortilla on the side and a burrito. When I got my food my burrito was made as a bowl and my tortilla on the side was missing. So I brought my food back in to be fixed (I live over an hour away and can't eat a bowl driving down the road), and when I did the girl with black hair was very rude and irritated that I didn't just eat what they gave me. I was waiting for a good 15 minutes when another employee asked what I was waiting for. I attempted to tell them that I was waiting for my food to be remade and the girl with the black hair came over and yelled at me saying she was taking care of it. Wow! I know they were busy so I just chopped it up to a bad night, took my remake and told her to have a good night. One of the bowls I ordered was for lunch today, I ordered a steak bowl with double protein. When I went to eat it it had a single portion of CHICKEN!! I paid for double steak just to get home and find chicken in my bowl! I have a kid with alpha gal! The only time I don't eat chicken is when we go out to eat!!! Not to mention the steak is almost $3 more than chicken! So I reach out to customer service. At this point I'm pissed. I spent over $42 on 2 bowls and a burrito. They come back and offer me a free drink oh and it expires in 30 days. I live over an hour away! There is no way I'm gonna make it anywhere near a store in the next 30 days. So I ask for a refund. They come back with, I've added a free entree to your account but it expires in 30 days. What part of I can't make it out there in the next 30 days did you not understand! Come on people! Then they disconnect the chat and I have to go back through all of this again to get a live agent who wants to give me $11.35 refund. My bowl that was completely wrong was almost $20!!!! Ultimately I ended up with a refund of $17.91, a giant headache and 2 freebies that will expire before I'm in a town with a Chipotle again. Like I said don't waste your money here. This place is a joke and the employees don't want to be there and make it very obvious. And to the girl with the black hair, find a new job! You obviously hate this one.
