Chipotle Mexican Grill

My first time to a Chipotle Grill, service was great ,food was ok....just my thought Moe's is alot better.

I ordered a steak bowel, literary had five pieces of steak

Really one of the worst locations ive been to across the country. Often out of mainline items. Poor customer service. Noticeably poor portion sizes. Just drive to Scottsville rd.

Never get the order right. Last visit I waited 38 minutes to get my food. Finally get my food and every single item was wrong or missing.

Food was terrible and it was 27 dollars for a small bowl with mostly rice filler. I paid an extra 8 dollars for a little measly scoop of meat leftover clippings that were left out all day. Never coming back again.

Got a chicken bowl to go. Gave so much rice barely any chicken. The chicken was smaller than usual. It’s cut up into tiny pieces.$10.39 not worth it

Multiple tables were dirty. Trash cans were overflowing. They tried to tell my wife they were out of fajita veggies despite just getting some for me. No untensils set out. By far the worst chipotle I have visited.

My child has a dairy allergy. They washed hands, changed gloves, and got new clean serving utensils before serving us. Their service is awesome!

I wished I could post the picture but it won’t let me but holy cow this place sucks. I’ve done three different mobile order with three different names and my order is still messed up. Than the bag is torn up . on the bag it normally says what’s included with the order and it usually says “napkins / utensils included” I’ve yet to received them with all three of my order.

Make sure if you order online to go pick it up . You'll be there at the time the food ready. Is people stealing food there

I have been to this location 3-4 times and always get a bag of chips and they are never good but today was even worst. You could bend the Chips in half and they won't break, thats how soggy they were. I turned around and went back to ask for another and the second bag was the same. I think I'm done trying. If you are the manager at this store, you should be embarrassed, 2.9 stars is pretty bad! I recommend somewhere else
