Smaller facility, FOOD OVER PRICED!
WE LOVED THE 2 HOUR GAME CARDS AND TICKET RETURN . PARTY WAS GOOD . KID WAS HAPPY
All kids had a GREAT time at the
Birthday party.Adults enjoyed the Awesome
Food!!!
I love this place the games are so fun but the toys kinda suck the toy are cheap and plastic and easily break please get better toys and don’t make it to expensive
Fun place to be a kid with the kiddos but be prepared to take out a second mortgage. I think it's way over priced.
We loved it , and will be back
Employees were nice ac was on and fun games
Always a good time!! Definitely ain't how I remember Chuck E. Cheese..The foam pits we're always a blast
Well I have been to quite a few Chuck E Cheese, and I would have to say this was the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I have ever been too. Also had the most working games. There was only 1 game not plugged in /working. And only one game that had a error when scanning card but within 10 min I seen someone working on it fixing the problem. Bathrooms were also very clean. It I wanted to be nitpicky, only negative thing I could say about this store was the bathrooms smelled a little. Other then that it was a great experience for a smaller store.
Was told a birthday experience was unavailable to us since we don’t have 5 other children to come to the party.
My children were terrified of that mouse and ran away crying!😥 Do not recommend to the fellow mamas!🤪

Recently had my kiddos birthday party here, and there were 4 other birthday parties going on. It was complete chaos. Will never be having another party here. Other adults from a different party decided to try and take over our tables seating, and even tried eating our food, there is a schedule but its completely useless with that many people, then the host tried kicking us out 35 mins before our time was up. To pay all that money for our kids to have a good time, everything is rushed. Super disappointed and really wish Mr. Gattis was still in town. Least they had separate rooms for their parties.
Today I went into the chuck e cheese with my daughter thinking it was going to be fun. It was not. The service was poor and the manager tall older man was so rude to my family. He was not ringing up my order right and then I tried to find him to fix it and he was yelling at employees while they looked stressed. Poor kids don't deserve that in a children's building. His attitude needs to be addressed and don't get me started with my food. I waited 45 minutes for a large pizza today and so I went to look for it and the kitchen person was on his phone and didn't say anything to me. Ignored me. I am sick and tired of coming back here and thinking it got better since last year. Find better employees then you will have better customers that are willing to come back to spend more
This establishment is the epitome of family friendly. The staff is friendly patient, approachable, and genuine. As chaotic as a hoard of screaming, excited children can be the atmosphere was extremely pleasant. I admit I was apprehensive about the parents, but they were actually kind and fun loving and polite. I'm from N.Y. so this was mind blowing for me pleasantly of course. I never felt as relaxed and at ease in a Chucky Cheese as I did here. Come and enjoy yourself
Environment was great for the kids and grandkids. Just thought the food was below par. Not like I remember it tasting when I was a kid.
