My little girl loves this place so I bring her the people that work there are really nice the food isn’t great and it’s kinda expensive but I do it so my little girl has as much fun as she wants

I had my sims 6th birthday party here tonight the staff the pricing everything was amazing the little girl who helped with the party was amazing I give it a 5 stars cause it deserves it if there is one thing they could fix it’s that you can’t leave a tip with your card I felt bad cause she deserved a tip and I didn’t carry cash but next time I definitely will

My son had such an amazing first time here!!! Great games and the trampoline area was so fun! Oh and the costumes and touch sensitive floor were fantastic as well! Thank you!!!

Arrived to this location 9/28/2024. Bought the kids cards and 3 minutes after someone’s kid snagged my son’s card and ran off with it while he was playing. Went up to the front desk to see what could be done to which I was told I could buy another card. I’m sure allowing those types of situations and doing nothing to mitigate them works great for the business. Won’t come back.
Had a coupon which about the only way to afford this place anymore. Miss the meal and play combo deals. All the games were working and everyone was friendly but we didn't eat.

We had our son's 6th birthday party here and the staff was wonderful and had all of the kids excited, the pizza and drinks were good and all of the kids had a blast. Chucky came out with the 2 ladies helping with our party and sang "Happy Birthday" and danced with the kids. Would definitely recommend!

We showed up at 5:30pm and we're told they were closing early at 7:00p.m. which was fine however at 5:30 the salad buffet was already completely broken down and we were told that we couldn't order hot food for at least 20 minutes because they were having oven "issues." I've never been to a restaurant that broke down food an hour and a half before closing in an effort to get no one to eat there. We will never go back to Chuck-E-Cheese in Bowling Green again!
