I went there thinking my kid was going to have fun, no. There was a manager he was so rude to my family and me specifically. I asked for help and he said I should have figured it out myself, and I heard under his breath cussing. He ended up making me over pay for everything and I complained but he didn't fix it. I will recommend nobody to come here with how bad the service was.

Today, my husband and daughter went to CEC and had the worst experience! So disappointed!Apparently there is a new manager at this establishment, Lendon. He took it upon himself to write on the back of our plate, while we were playing games. My husband brought his own drink in due to his health (homemade lemonade) because he cannot drink soda. The manager also took it upon himself to throw my husband’s drink away while we were waiting on our pizza ( we waited 70 minutes for one medium pizza)!I understand that there is a “no outside food or drink policy”, but in my 35 years, I have never seen a manager come to a table, go out of his way to write on our plate, “no outside food or drink”, and then throw our drink away.There were two younger workers named Noah, and Susie, who we spoke with prior to leaving our table to play games. We told the younger staff to please not clear our table while we were playing games and waiting on our food. They were nice as can be, and said do not worry we know you are here playing games.When we returned to our table to find the note, the younger staff sincerely apologized on their managers behalf. When I asked to speak with the manager, he immediately began to raise his voice at me and belligerently pointed out the situation. I stated to Lendon that you do not write on customers plates and throw their personal items away without speaking to them first. He apparently rules with an iron fist and does not rely on his staff for support. I saw him angrily snatch a keycard away from another employee; and honestly he did not treat his staff very well. Whether you are a new manager or not, there are pragmatics to situations, and I just could not believe he had the audacity to behave in the way that he did.Standing up for what is right is my mantra!Shout out to Noah and Susie for their impeccable performance and making sure we were happy and satisfied customers. They were truly apologetic for the situation and we appreciate their efforts.Kid-friendliness: Many new games!!

Service was good but some games didn't work and they couldn't fix them. They said they fixed the milk bottle ball toss game, but it still only gave 4 balls instead of 5. It's really frustrating because you have to just wait for the game to time out since you can't finish. The food was EXTREMELY oily! We had to blot it with tons of napkins before we could eat it. Overpriced food, but I guess you're paying for the games, really. The games are ok, but you get little to no tickets. Geared more for very young children of course.Kid-friendliness: This is obviously a kids place lol.

Kids always love it, plenty of games and affordable play points.Vegetarian options: Has a salad bar
arcade is alright. miss the 2000's games though. the food is pretty decent. it's not groundbreaking or anything but for a kid's party place you'd be surprised. good on the staff for that! they got rid of coins and replaced them with cards a while back and also got rid of tickets. upsetting but not that big of a deal. but we no longer have the skytubes. we no longer have the sign we've had since...like...2004? maybe 2003. and instead have an oversimplified lifeless looking chuck. it's kind of depressing. worst of all though was that they got rid of the very last animatronic and replaced that space with a dance pad and a giant screen with tiktok(?) dances. getting rid of animatronics (the reason this company is so famous in the first place) was the worst business choice you could have made. i know this isn't specific to this location and they're doing this everywhere but it's still disheartening either way. i so wish this town was still small enough that we never got updates for anything.

It is expensive I think the e-tickets are a joke.. you pay 30$ for an hour for each person they don't earn very many tickets the pizza is not very good I will not be returning to that store

I took might my daughters here about 2 weeks ago, to see if they would still like it. We had an awesome time here. There was a lot of stuff for us to do together, even at their preteen age 9 and 11. I wish there was more deals for the food because it wasn’t worth the price at all. Overall we had a great time together!
