Genuinely disappointed. I went to get a cinnamon roll and I asked the guy working where to inset my card because it isn’t displayed on the reader and he said “tap here” I replied with “I don’t have tap where do I insert my card?” He repeats, “tap here” then after I asked again he snatches my card out of my hand and presses it against the reader for tap. I grabbed my card back from him and just swiped it because he was overly rude. Then I start eating my food and it is genuinely like rubber. Not even a fork and knife could get through this cinnamon roll. I will not be going back.

Got a classic roll. Paid too much for it to be raw in the center. It was the dough that was very raw and not baked. Then got a Mochalatta chill on ice and i had to take the drink back due to it tasting super sour. Like old sour milk. Didn't get no refund. Just got offered a soft drink . Even though the mocha is more expensive. Definitely my last time going there.

Horrible attitude from the older lady training a girl that had only been there for 3 days but the old lady was so unnecessarily rude to her and to my husband just bc he wanted 2 small cups of a refresher bc they said they can’t mix them so we were like ok give us both in two cups and we will buy a large cup to mix it ourselves but the old lady gonna have a whole attitude for mixing drinks sorry honey but I can spend my money elsewhere without anyone giving attitude sorry for the girl who was training she was sweet but the old lady ruined the whole experience

Customer service awful!!!! Took 10 mins for cashier to get the lid put on Ice coffee cup and than it still leaked cinnamon buns were not even up 2 par!! For $10 for those 2 items definitely not worth the $ not at all
