I'm sorry to say this. I've eaten here often before and it was usually excellent. But now things have gone downhill. Cold food, dirty tables, cashier puzzled by the register, nobody cleaning, even running out of coffee. Whoever's in charge needs to step up.

It is really delicious and good, however, if you go very early, you will have to wait for more coffee to be served because it always runs out.

Good food and friendly staff but some deep cleaning would go a long way. Floors and tables were sticky, the ceiling tiles and vents need cleaning.

I never do this, but this needs to be said. I stopped in on my lunch break. There was one person working the counter and waiting on the customers in the lobby.- During lunch rush hours! She never even acknowledged that she would wait on me asap. There were four employees peering through the window not offering to help. My lunch break is over and I have nothing to eat

This place looked super cute. We stopped in for a light lunch of soup and pastry. We literally could not get our food. The people working acted as if we were invisible. Went up to the counter and they still ignored us. It took 30 minutes to get a bowl of soup that we had to go up and wait for. Everyone around us was having the same issue and the place was not even very busy.

This was the frist time ive been here and told the person taking my order. She could have cae less. The food was cold and have no taste. The fruit, was the best part.

I used to love this place. I haven’t been there for a while because of the hours reduced. I decided to go there at 2:40pm (20 minutes before closing) to get some coffee. The girl was not nice and looked in a rush to get us out of there. Also the latte was horrible. I don’t think I will ever go back.

First and last ! First off not very welcoming staff not one smile !
Ordered food came out cold because it sat in window forever . I brought food back to front and told them food was cold so they microwaved it . The blt bread was soggy from microwave never did get a side with my blt even though the menu says it comes with one .
Never will set foot in here again!

Ordered over the phone and was told 10m got there in 15m waiting in line another 10m
and was told they couldn't find my order and tried to start making it at that point I left

Went through the drive through- ordered what we wanted. Finally got to the window and had to ask again for the senior discount then had to wait while the folks checked the order, rechecked and rechecked the order. Received no receipt- and did not get the whole order!! I will not be back until management changes!!
